Appetizers

Pat's Nachos - Tortilla chips piled high with spicy beef, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce. Salsa, sour cream, jalapenos on the side.
Spicy Cheese Balls - Lightly breaded, spicy cheese bites.
Cajun Blues Shrimp - Sauteed in cajun spices.
Cheese Fries - Curly fries smothered with cheese and bacon.
Mushrooms - beer-battered and fried to golden brown.
Chicken Quesadillas - Chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and onions wrapped in a tortilla and picante sauce.
Onion Dippers - A large portion of breaded onion strips served with our special dipping sauce.
Pat's Famous Wings - 6 battered and crispy wings served with Ranch dressing.
Sweet Potato Fries (when available) - A basket of crispy goodness.

Salads

Crispy or Grilled Chicken Salad - fresh greens topped with crispy chicken tenders, tomatoes, cheese and your choice of dressing.
Smoked Meat Salad - fresh greens topped with your choice of two: beef, ham or turkey, tomatoes, cheese and your choice of dressing.
House Salad - fresh greens, tomatoes, shredded cheese and croutons.

Pat's Ribs

Dinner includes Texas Toast, pickle spear, sauce and choice of TWO sides; a la carte includes Texas Toast, pickle spear, and sauce.
Short End dinner or a la carte.

"The Rack of Ribs" dinner or a la carte.
Hickory-smoked Ribs (4) dinner only.

Smoked Chicken - Delicious! Half Chicken on Bone!
2-Meat BBQ Dinner -Choose TWO from: BBQ brisket, ham, turkey, pork, sausage and Burnt Ends.
Chicken Tenders - Breaded strips of tender white meat.
1-Meat BBQ Dinner - Choose ONE from: BBQ brisket, ham, or turkey.
Chicken Fried Steak - Breaded and fried to a golden brown, smothered with gravy.
Jumbo Shrimp Platter - 1/2 lb. breaded butterfly shrimp.

Served on a whole-wheat bun with your choice of ONE side.
